Sleep Well, Summer Nights

Sometime after falling asleep at 4:30am and waking up at 9:00am, it snowed. Like a full month earlier than last year.
But you had to feel winter in the 3°C air temperature with winds gusting over 50km/h on tour last night. Scattered cloud blew through over the course of the night covering up and re-revealing faint arcs of the aurora. The photos look a lot more peaceful than always having a hand hovering over a tripod leg just in case the wind took it, despite angling the car to block as much of the wind as we could.
