Baby, You're the Best

Patience in a world of instant gratification is a rare breed, and to escape Yellowknife with the most spectacular light show in your memory without all the patience in the world would be a further rarity.
We got into the countryside tonight to a very diffuse aurora, and almost certainly from the beginning we could feel tonight would require a lot of patience (read blind faith). It’s not easy when at -40, but we hung on and it was worth every cold, quiet moment along the way.
